Ian Martin is a Director of I & A Consultants Limited. With over twenty years front-line operational experience with British Rail/Network Rail and over ten years exerience in planning and delivering projects for major consultancy companies and signalling suppliers. Ian brings expertise and knowledge to any project.

Ian is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistic & Transport (UK) (FCILT), a Fellow in the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a Fellow in the Institute of Consulting (FIC), a Member of the Institution of Railway Operators (MIRO) and a Member of the Independent Rail Consultancy Group (IRCG).

Ian is certificated in PRINCE2 Project Management, Primavera P6 Project Planning and Engineering Management (Yellow book).

I & A Consultants have provided operational expertise in the development of operational planning and controlling systems for the West Coast Mainline Network Management Centre project.

We have also assisted in the gathering of requirements, concept and specifications for operational systems.
