Designing Control Rooms

Design, or re-design, control rooms. Review the current practises and room layout, including interaction with other employees, third parties and outside parties.

Design of workstations

Design of Operator workstations, including size, shape, interaction etc. Additional room design covering the control room as a whole.

Development of training packages

Develop Training and Competency packages for operators. Provision of trainers or floorwalkers for specialised projects.
